Mr Vicky who joined Anika in 1984, obtained his qualifications from The Australian Insurance Institute and has more than thirty (30) years experience in the insurance industry. He also sits in the Management

Committee of the Malaysian Insurance and Takaful Brokers Association (MITBA). Mr Vicky also the joint Chairman of MITBA’s Public Relation and Communication sub-committee.

Mr Tan graduated from The University Sains Malaysia with honours. With more than twenty-eight (28) years of insurance and broking experience to his credit, Mr Tan also holds a Diploma in Management.

He has attended numerous insurance management courses and the most recent course he attended was the Risks Management course conducted by The Chartered Insurance Institute of London. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Mr Tan was AGM heading Penang and Ipoh office.

Mr Thiam joined AIB in 1985. Since then, he has handled many large contracts from both the government and private sectors including

Mr Thiam is also a qualified Associate of The Australian Insurance Institute and has more than twenty-four (24) years of experience in the insurance industry.

Malaysian Insurance Institute in 2005 and completed the associateship (AMII) in 2009. Prior to his joining the insurance industry, Mr Ong was the financial analyst of an international banking group.

Junaidah received her Diploma In Business Studies Majoring In Insurance from Institut Teknologi Mara (now known as UiTM), Shah Alam. After graduation, she began her career as an Insurance Agent with a PKNS subsidiary, Selangor Industrial Cooperation in 1990. She moved on to join

a Selangor owned insurance broking company 1991. With the experience gained within 5 years, Junaidah set her pace for a bigger challenge in Anika, when she joined us as Broking Executive in 1995. One who never shirked from hard work, Junaidah learned her way around in the broking insurance industry and with perseverance, she is now the Manager for Servicing unit with Anika. She has also been entrusted with Retail Broking portfolio, overlooking all aspect of the management of the unit beginning 2011. .

Administration from the Oklahoma State University, USA in year 2001. He has considerable experience working with organization at strategic level and his skill and knowledge of the market ensures delivery of value added service to clients. Dave is now leads the southern region, Johor Bahru branch in AIB.
