The Management of Anika Insurance Brokers (AIB) is proud to announce that it has received the MS ISO 9001:2000 certification from SIRIM on 14 November 2002.

On 14 November 2005, SIRIM QAS issued a renewal certificate for another three (3) years.

We are the first insurance brokers in Malaysia to be certified with the prestigious quality standard. The certification signifies another milestone in the company's long history. Our MS ISO 9001:2000 Quality System provides the structure to increase performance in service and value to all our clients. The certification marks our commitment to provide total insurance solution and excellent services of the highest quality and directly address the needs and demands of our clients.
