Strategic Partnership Between Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. And The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Malaysia

We are pleased to announce an exclusive strategic partnership that Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. has formed with the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Begun in 1987, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (www.eonetwork.org) is the premiere, peer-to-peer, global community network and resource for entrepreneurs. Through an assortment of educational and networking opportunities, the organization provides its members with access to a dynamic network of their peers on an international level with more than 5,500 members in 120 chapters around the world. Spread out over 40 countries in 142 cities, EO is the only organization which provides entrepreneurs with a safe environment to learn and nurture themselves both professionally and personally.

The Malaysian chapter of EO (www.eonetwork.org.my) - founded in 1997 - has been recognized as the most active and innovative of the chapters globally. The chapter boasts a 76-strong membership aged 26 – 43 years from various sizes and types of businesses and industries with a sales range of USD$1 - $500 million. EO Malaysia makes USD$2 billion in sales in total, with an average of $26.3 million. Among its members, the number of employees employed total 8,900 with an average of 117 employees per company (ranging from 5 – 2,050).

As the first company in the local industry to be certified with the MS ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and with plans for expansion in four more countries, we are committed to supporting the entrepreneurial efforts of our Malaysian compatriots in keeping with our country’s Vision 2020. As a result of this new partnership, we will be the Premiere Insurance Brokers for EO Malaysia. We believe this partnership will result in a mutually beneficial collaboration.
