Bhd jointly launched its latest product, HoteliersCare on 25
April 2007, catering specifically for the hotel industry.
With HoteliersCare, managers and owners of
hotels can enjoy a broad range of insurance cover and solutions
just by subscribing to one single insurance package. The advantage
of this product provides is that it will simplify the process
of insuring the business and reducing the costs associated
with it.
HoteliersCare is specially designed and tailored
for the hotel industry’s unique risks exposure. Developed
based on feedback from hotel owners and managers, where the
main complaint has been the enormous amount of time required
and wasted to negotiate the various types of coverage and
rates.
With HoteliersCare, the ‘all-in-one’
insurance plan attempts to resolve this by including
ten (10) classes of insurance essential for the hotel
business:Fire, Fire Consequential
Loss, Burglary, All Risks,
Plate Glass, Money, Public
Liability, Employer’s Liability,
Fidelity Guarantee and Group Personal
Accident. Depending on needs, customers have the
flexibility and the option to

only a minimum of two (2) classes of insurance. The product was
designed to provide maximum coverage with the least amount of premiums.
Through
HoteliersCare, the process of insuring is simplified : gone
is the necessity to complete a detailed proposal form or to monitor
various expiry periods (there is now only one). Customers are assured
of no hidden costs or deductibles imposed (except Tariff classes
such as Fire and Fire Consequential Loss).
HoteliersCare
also offers customers the convenience of a single point of communication
thereby assuring no opportunities for miscommunication or delays.
