Mr. Bobby Tan has served as Advisor to the Board of Directors at Anika since August 2020, providing strategic guidance on insurance and operational matters to the Management Group.

 

With over two decades of industry experience, Mr. Tan brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate broking and business operations. He previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for 12 years, where he led the Corporate Broking Department and played a key role in driving the company’s growth, profitability, and overall operational management.

 

Before that, he served as Senior Manager for 9 years, overseeing the operations of Anika’s Penang and Ipoh branches, ensuring consistent service quality and regional performance.

 

Mr. Tan’s extensive leadership experience and deep industry insight continue to add significant value to the company’s strategic direction and decision-making processes.
