Bobby Wong comes from a family with over 40 years in the property development industry. A graduate in politics and economics from the UK, Mr.Wong started his career in merchant banking working for the established English merchant banker Samuel Montague and Wardley Ltd. of the HSBC Group in Singapore.
In 1989, he formed Tokojaya Sdn. Bhd., a property development company developing the multi-million The Api-Api Centre, the 450 room 4 star business hotel Promenade Hotel, and Malaysian Assurance Alliance corporate office in Sabah Menara MAA.
In 1997, Mr. Wong formed Fleet Superior Sdn Bhd to develop The Istara, a premium 232 apartment condominium located at the heart of Petaling Jaya. Currently, the company is planning a new development in Kuala Lumpur consisting of town houses and condominiums, scheduled for launching to the public in the 3rd quarter of 2003.
Bobby Wong is also actively involved in community work, particularly in areas relating to family, parenting, women and youth. In 2000, he formed Asian-Family.Com - Asia's first family radio on the internet. The website is a pioneer social enterprise dedicated to developing community talk shows with the purpose of providing the latest information and research for the community on family and parenting.
Mr. Wong sits on the Board of the Malaysian Child Resource Center - a NGO dedicated to the protection of children's rights. He also is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) - a US based global network for young entrepreneurs.
Currently, Bobby Wong sits on the Board of Anika involving in matters mainly concerning corporate ethics, management, and information technology.
Frank Lau Hok Choon is a Director of Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd, contributing extensive financial, accounting, and business expertise to the company’s leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia. He has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1977 and the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1980.
He began his career with Shell Australia as an Accountant before serving as an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, where he was involved in the development of computer auditing. He later broadened his experience in property development with the Lian Seng Group, participating in major projects including KL Plaza and Istara Condominium in Petaling Jaya. His diverse professional background strengthens Anika’s strategic, financial, and governance capabilities.

Mr Chong Ping Leong is a Director of Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd and a highly experienced insurance professional with over five decades in the industry. He holds the professional qualification of Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), London, and is also an Associate of The Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII) as well as an Associate Member of The Insurance Brokers Association of Malaysia (IBAM).
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in insurance broking, risk management, and industry best practices. Having received specialised training in London and participated in numerous international insurance management courses and conferences, he brings deep technical knowledge and seasoned leadership to Anika’s strategic direction and client service excellence.

Dato’ Devendranathan Dato’ Sri V.P Nathan (Dato’ Devendranathan) graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He was then admitted as Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales Australia upon receiving his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP)
from The College of Law Australia.
Having spent several years abroad immersing himself in a melting pot of cultures, Dato’ Devendranathan returned to Malaysia in 2009 after completing his education pursuits. Upon his return, he ventured into his father’s law firm, V.P. Nathan & Partners, and concurrently gained admission as a Solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales
and as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya.
Strengthened by his background in accountancy and litigation, Dato’ Devendranathan advises on varied issues most commonly on commecial matters. His clients have included national, multinational and regional companies involved in many different industries, including construction, financial services, insurance, medical, retail as well as
transportation.
Dato’ Devendranathan’s aspiration and tenacity couple with the lure of the business world led him to simultaneously look into business opportunities close to his heart. Through Devendranathan Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Devendranathan has co-founded and managed business ranging from food & beverage outlets, night clubs, a cigar lounge, a gymnasium, a trading company, and an events and public relations agency.
Today, Dato’ Devendranathan is an asset sharing partner of V.P Nathan & Partners and continues to seek other business opportunities to continuously challenge and innovate himself.

YB Dato’ Noraimi binti Alias is a Director at Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd, where she plays a key role in public relations and corporate engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Diploma in Public Administration from INTAN, qualifications that supported her extensive career as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer across various government departments.
With more than 20 years of experience in public administration and leadership, Dato’ Noraimi was initially appointed Chief Executive Officer of Anika in 2019, where she oversaw organisational development and operational management. She later transitioned to the board as Director of Public Relations, continuing to support Anika’s growth and strengthen corporate communication initiatives. Her blend of public sector experience and strategic leadership contributes to the company’s engagement with stakeholders and sustained business development.
