Bobby Wong comes from a family with over 40 years in the property development industry. A graduate in politics and economics from the UK, Mr.Wong started his career in merchant banking working for the established English merchant banker Samuel Montague and Wardley Ltd. of the HSBC Group in Singapore.
In 1989, he formed Tokojaya Sdn. Bhd., a property development company developing the multi-million The Api-Api Centre, the 450 room 4 star business hotel Promenade Hotel, and Malaysian Assurance Alliance corporate office in Sabah Menara MAA.
In 1997, Mr. Wong formed Fleet Superior Sdn Bhd to develop The Istara, a premium 232 apartment condominium located at the heart of Petaling Jaya. Currently, the company is planning a new development in Kuala Lumpur consisting of town houses and condominiums, scheduled for launching to the public in the 3rd quarter of 2003.
Bobby Wong is also actively involved in community work, particularly in areas relating to family, parenting, women and youth. In 2000, he formed Asian-Family.Com - Asia's first family radio on the internet. The website is a pioneer social enterprise dedicated to developing community talk shows with the purpose of providing the latest information and research for the community on family and parenting.
Mr. Wong sits on the Board of the Malaysian Child Resource Center - a NGO dedicated to the protection of children's rights. He also is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) - a US based global network for young entrepreneurs.
Currently, Bobby Wong sits on the Board of Anika involving in matters mainly concerning corporate ethics, management, and information technology.
An Australian graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Frank is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia and has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1977. He has also been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1980.
Frank started his career with Shell Australia as an Accountant and later moved on to become an Audit Manager with the international public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand. While at Coopers & Lybrand, Frank was involved with the development of computer auditing.
He then joined the Lian Seng Group under the stewardship of Dato' Wong Kee Tat in 1984 and has been with the Group since. He has been primarily involved in the property development of the Group. Amongst the many projects he has been involved in are KL Plaza, Sri Hartamas, Taman Connaught and recently the highly successful Istara Condominium in Petaling Jaya with Mr. Bobby Wong.

Mr Chong is a qualified Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute of London and The Malaysian Insurance Institute as well as an Associate Member of The Insurance Brokers Association of Malaysia (IBAM).
Mr Chong has more than fifty one (51) years of experience in the insurance industry and has received specialized training in London. He has also attended numerous insurance management courses, seminars and conferences abroad.

Dato’ Devendranathan Dato’ Sri V.P Nathan (Dato’ Devendranathan) graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He was then admitted as Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales Australia upon receiving his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP)
from The College of Law Australia.
Having spent several years abroad immersing himself in a melting pot of cultures, Dato’ Devendranathan returned to Malaysia in 2009 after completing his education pursuits. Upon his return, he ventured into his father’s law firm, V.P. Nathan & Partners, and concurrently gained admission as a Solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales
and as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya.
Strengthened by his background in accountancy and litigation, Dato’ Devendranathan advises on varied issues most commonly on commecial matters. His clients have included national, multinational and regional companies involved in many different industries, including construction, financial services, insurance, medical, retail as well as
transportation.
Dato’ Devendranathan’s aspiration and tenacity couple with the lure of the business world led him to simultaneously look into business opportunities close to his heart. Through Devendranathan Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Devendranathan has co-founded and managed business ranging from food & beverage outlets, night clubs, a cigar lounge, a gymnasium, a trading company, and an events and public relations agency.
Today, Dato’ Devendranathan is an asset sharing partner of V.P Nathan & Partners and continues to seek other business opportunities to continuously challenge and innovate himself.

Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was appointed firstly as the CEO of ANIKA in February 2019, with more than 20 years of experience being an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in various government department, she plays a significant role in ensuring a continuous development and proper management of ANIKA.
Besides holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), she also hold a Diploma in Public Administration (INTAN) which enable her to hold various posts in the Government department.
After a few years being a Board member of ANIKA, Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was later appointed as the Director or Public Relations to support the various Broking units in sustaining and improving the growth of the Company.
