Ms. Stephanie Lim
Stephanie Lim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Anika in 2024, responsible for shaping Anika’s strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business.
Before assuming the CEO role, Ms. Lim served as Chief Operating Officer, where she was instrumental in streamlining core operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and building a culture of high performance and accountability. Her tenure as COO saw significant gains in operational efficiency, internal process optimization, and execution of strategic initiatives that directly contributed to Anika’s expansion and resilience.
Ms. Lim's career at Anika spans over 20 years, during which she has held several critical leadership roles. She previously led both the Management Information Systems (MIS) and Internal Audit departments for nearly two decades. In these positions, she was a driving force behind the modernization of Anika’s internal systems, implementation of risk-based audit frameworks, and enhancement of corporate governance structures. Her efforts played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s internal controls, ensuring compliance, and building a data-driven culture that supports strategic decision-making.
Known for her analytical rigor and people-centered leadership style, Ms. Lim combines technical acumen with a deep understanding of corporate governance, operational risk, and organizational dynamics. She is highly regarded for her ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, as well as her commitment to ethical leadership and continuous improvement.
