Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was appointed firstly as the CEO of ANIKA in February 2019, with more than 20 years of experience being an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in various government department, she plays a significant role in ensuring a continuous development and proper management of ANIKA.
Besides holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), she also hold a Diploma in Public Administration (INTAN) which enable her to hold various posts in the Government department.
After a few years being a Board member of ANIKA, Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was later appointed as the Director or Public Relations to support the various Broking units in sustaining and improving the growth of the Company.
Mr. Tan was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and is responsible for the financial management and operational efficiencies of branches businesses and Reinsurance department. With more than thirty-one years experience, of which includes seven years in insurance company to his credit, Mr Tan joined Anika in 1985 as Manager for Penang Branch and subsequently as Senior Manager in-charge of Penang and Ipoh office in 1996.
In 2002, Mr. Tan was promoted to Assistant General Manager in Head Office. For the last 20 years, he specialized in reinsurance, developing and managing the provision of analytical services and applications for the reinsurance market.
Mr Tan graduated from University Sains Malaysia with Bachelor of Science Social with honors. Mr Tan also holds a Diploma in Management. He has attended numerous insurance management courses and Risks Management course conducted by The Chartered Insurance Institute of London.

Rose began her insurance career as an Underwriter specializing in healthcare benefits insurance in 1994. Throughout the years, she joined a Third Party Administrator company and later was hand-picked to join and handle the insurance program for a well-established steel manufacturing conglomerate. In year 2000, she joined a very well-known international Insurance Broking Company.
As Manager of the Business Development, she handled various accounts ranging from Small and Medium Enterprise to Large Multinational Corporations. Upon the recognition of her success in business development, the company posted her to the Philippines in 2003 to assist the counterpart in developing business from Malaysian companies in the Philippines.
Recognizing her strengths in developing insurance programs and schemes, she was asked to lead and develop business from Malaysia’s very own SMEs in 2004. In 2006, she joined another International Insurance Broking company leading a department focusing in SMEs and Corporate Accounts.
In 2010, she joined local Insurance Broking Company as SVP focusing in Employee Benefits and Compensation where she managed the business development and operations particularly on EB business with substantial brokerage derived from a number of multinational accounts as well as government based foundations. With her vast experience and focus on Employee Benefits and Compensation, she joined Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd in January 2017 as Senior Vice President, heading the Employee Benefits Department.
Since then, she has secured and manages many multi-corporation accounts as well as reinforcing the relationship with Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) that has elevated Anika’s name to be one of the prominent EB broker in the country
Chief Marketing Officer BA (Hons) Business Studies with Law and Marketing
1999 was the year Mr Yap started his insurance career with Bradstock Insurance Brokers. He has found a specialization in the firm broking for large corporates involved in insolvency schemes with Dana Harta. He then moved on to join MP Insurance Brokers for 9 years as Assistant General Manager. During his years in MP Insurance Brokers he has brought in large public listed companies whereby he managed their whole insurance program.
Mr Yap has built a strong reputation in the general insurance industry by making sure his clients get the best insurance coverage at the most competitive pricing. This solid foundation he built over the years has led to many more new clients entrusting him to manage their group insurance policies.
Edward Lee Mun Hon
Corporate Broking & Claims Management

Edward began his career in the insurance industry as a loss adjuster with a local firm in 1996. He moved after one year to an international loss adjusting company and joined his third loss adjusting company in 2003 where his last post was senior manager during which he was widely involved in the managing of a large variety of property and general claims including liability, construction/engineering and financial lines.
He is a certified member of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and also an Associate of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations (AIFAA). He also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Insurance Claims Handling awarded from Pearson BTEC UK.
In total, Edward has encompassed circa 20 years as a property insurance loss adjuster before joining Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd where his main role is the development of corporate broking including the provision of technical advice in insurance products.
He also oversees Anika's claims department to ensure our clients' claims are processed promptly to demonstrate proof of service as a professional insurance broker and consultant representing our clients.
Mr. Lai has with him over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry including a span of more than 7 years in an international broking firm.
During his tenure with these firms, he was responsible for servicing several multinational companies in various industries i.e commercial, construction, engineering and manufacturing risks.
He has also worked for 9 years in a conglomerate firm responsible for the procurement, management and claims handling.
His extensive experience has enabled him to acquire and develop in-depth knowledge on insurance coverage, terms and conditions. He is thus well equipped to advise business entities on their insurance requirements.
Mohd. Faidzulkamal bin Johar
Assistant Vice President,

En. Faidzul graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hons) Insurance degree from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He started his career with an international insurance company in 2006. Subsequently in early 2010, he joined an international broker insurance company in servicing multinational clients.
At the end of 2010, he was with another broker insurance company and attached with Technical & Reinsurance Development Department handling clients from various backgrounds ranging from Oil & Gas Industry, Power Plants, Property Development, Construction, Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Marine Hull, Aviation School, Personal Aircraft and any other general class of insurances until 2016.
Prior to joining Anika, he was with Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Bhd in 2016 as Business Manager, Broking, Corporate Business Division 2 servicing local and international insurance brokers.
En. Faidzul is currently the Head of Corporate Broking (CBD 8) since June 2017.
Junaidah has been attached with Anika since 1995 and she is now Senior Manager heading the corporate broking units in our Kuala Lumpur HQ in which she deals primarily in general insurance and Employees’ Benefits Insurance.
She also specializes in Marine insurance including Marine Hull risks and the study and arrangement of insurance for Oil & Gas risks of which she has an well-established portfolio of clients in these sectors of industry over her vast number of years of experience in insurance broking with the company.
Ms. Lim was attached to a multinational insurance company prior to joining Anika. She joined Anika in 2002 heading the Management Information System Department, bringing with her over nine years of valuable experience in System Development and IT Strategic Planning.
Ms. Lim is responsible for the overall management of the information system. Adding to her IT portfolio, the company has also entrusted her to oversee the Quality Management System Department and Internal Audit Department.
As Internal Audit Senior Manager, Ms. Lim works evaluates the effectiveness of the internal control in the company and makes recommendations to improve the internal quality processes. Ms. Lim also performs analysis to include both internal and external factors that assisting the growth of the company to the Management and Audit Committees.
Lily Cheong Lai Lai
Senior Manager, Finance
BSc (Hons) In Economics (Applied Statistic)
Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) degree, majoring in Applied Statistics from the University of Malaya. She has 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She started her career with HLG Securities Sdn Bhd before she moved to ING Insurance Bhd in year 2001.
She oversees the Employee Benefits and General Insurance accounting. She is the finance lead in the system integration & data migration during the merger between ING Insurance & AIA Bhd. In year 2013, Lily has joined Tune Protect Re Ltd as the Head of Finance. She involved in various projects such as GST implementation, setting up new entities and oversea entity acquisition.
Lily, is currently the Senior Manager, Finance, since July 2018. She oversees the accounting, reporting, credit control and operations of the Finance Department.
Ms Kristin Lee joined Anika Ipoh branch in 1997 and is an experienced insurance broker, progressing and gaining in-depth knowledge in risk management throughout her career and is entrusted to head the Ipoh branch since 2005.
Ms Lee is responsible for managing the branch operations and meeting the branch business brokerage target. Her team is able to advise businesses and tailor-made insurance programs to suit business requirements.
CS Khoo began his career in the Insurance Industry as a loss adjuster in an international adjusting firm in 1999. He graduated with a Business in Information Technology degree from Coventry University, UK. He then went on to pursue on his Diploma in CII before returning back to Malaysia and join one of the country's premier loss adjusting firm.
Khoo was handling an impressive array of portfolios ranging from engineering, liability and to large property losses. In 2014, Khoo moved on to expand his horizons in the insurance arena when he returned to his hometown in Penang. He was working with one of the most renowned insurance broking firm in the Penang before joining Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd as part of their management team.
He is currently overseeing the overall branch operations and business development aspects of the Company. With his solid background and insightful perspective of the insurance industry, Khoo has the skill set to effectively assist clients in their Insurance Program coverage to be well placed and insured.
Manager, Corporate Broking, Trade Credit

Fadhillah started her career in Insurance Industry in 2012 with a local Insurance Brokers Company. Fadhillah has insurance experience in handling ranging from small-to-medium enterprise local companies to big International companies.
Fadhillah familiar with both the General Insurance as well as Employees Benefits class of insurance. In addition, she is also actively involved in the development of new business and managing Claims Unit in her previous employment.
Currently, Fadhillah is managing the Corporate Broking Unit and oversees the Claims Department in Anika.
