YB Dato Noraimi bt. Alias

Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was appointed firstly as the CEO of ANIKA in February 2019, with more than 20 years of experience being an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer in various government department, she plays a significant role in ensuring a continuous development and proper management of ANIKA.
Besides holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), she also hold a Diploma in Public Administration (INTAN) which enable her to hold various posts in the Government department.
After a few years being a Board member of ANIKA, Dato’ Hajjah Noraimi was later appointed as the Director or Public Relations to support the various Broking units in sustaining and improving the growth of the Company.
Stephanie Lim Mooi Chin
Chief Operating Officer
BSc -Computing and Accounting
With a Major in Computing and Accounting, Ms. Lim was previously attached to a multinational insurance company prior to joining Anika in 2002 during which she was heading the Management Information System Department for over nine years System Development and IT Strategic Planning. Ms. Lim is leads the overall management of information system. After 4 years she was assigned to oversee the Quality Management System Department.
In 2014 her work portfolio was enhanced to Internal Audit Senior Manager. As our auditor Ms. Lim maintains the effectiveness of our internal control system with continuing improvement of our internal quality processes. She works jointly with our Management and Audit Committee in performing analysis which includes both internal and external factors that had assisted in the growth of the company.
During her career that spanned over two decades at current Stephanie has established her reputation for diligence and building strong work relationships in elevating the company to greater heights to where the company is now. With proven results through her commitment that has been a positive driving force in our company Stephanie is now our Chief Operating Officer.
Edward Lee Mun Hon

Edward began his career in the insurance industry as a loss adjuster with a local firm in 1996. He moved after one year to an international loss adjusting company and joined his third loss adjusting company in 2003 where his last post was senior manager during which he was widely involved in the managing of a large variety of property and general claims including liability, construction/engineering and financial lines.
He is a certified member of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and also an Associate of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations (AIFAA). He also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Insurance Claims Handling awarded from Pearson BTEC UK.
In total, Edward has encompassed circa 20 years as a property insurance loss adjuster before joining Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd where his main role is the development of corporate broking including the provision of technical advice in insurance products.
He also oversees Anika's claims department to ensure our clients' claims are processed promptly to demonstrate proof of service as a professional insurance broker and consultant representing our clients.
Bobby Tan Hock Bee

Mr. Tan was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and is responsible for the financial management and operational efficiencies of branches businesses and Reinsurance department. With more than thirty-one years experience, of which includes seven years in insurance company to his credit, Mr Tan joined Anika in 1985 as Manager for Penang Branch and subsequently as Senior Manager in-charge of Penang and Ipoh office in 1996.
In 2002, Mr. Tan was promoted to Assistant General Manager in Head Office. For the last 20 years, he specialized in reinsurance, developing and managing the provision of analytical services and applications for the reinsurance market.
Mr Tan graduated from University Sains Malaysia with Bachelor of Science Social with honors. Mr Tan also holds a Diploma in Management. He has attended numerous insurance management courses and Risks Management course conducted by The Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
Ong Han Hooi
Senior Manager, Finance
Han Hooi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. With a distinguished 18-year career at OCBC Bank, she specialised in Financial Regulatory Reporting, managing diverse reports such as MFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL), MEVs Review, Regulatory Reserve (RR), derivatives and off-balance sheet, generically done BS and PL for Group and Local Reporting. Han Hooi, known for her unwavering commitment, consistently met submission deadlines for Group and BNM Reporting.
Bringing her extensive banking background to Anika, she assumes the role of Senior Manager, Finance, aiming to provide top-tier management with insightful financial information, elevate financial reporting standards, and enhance overall profitability for Anika.
Mohd Syahril Fitri Bin Mohd Arif
Senior Manager, Business Development
Mohd Syahril Fitri (Syahril) is a Senior Manager, Business Development at Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd with 19 years of experience within financial and insurance space. Specializing in consumer and affinity programs, Syahril uses that experience to consult and manage the clients (local and global) accounts from the aspect of consulting, auditing, negotiation, placement, contracts and claims management.
Lion Ih Yin
Manager, Business Development, Trade Credit & Corporate Broking
Ms. Lion holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, major in Business Management, from Sheffield Hallam University UK.
Prior to joining Anika, she is attached to a multinational insurance company, specialized in Trade Credit insurance for more than 6 years. As a Trade Credit Specialist, Ms. Lion underwriting credit risk, structure credit insurance policies and managing clientele portfolio ranging from SME to MNCs.
With the vast experience & knowledge in both Life & General insurance, she joined Anika Insurance Broker as a manager, carrying a primary role for business development in Trade Credit & Corporate Broking.
Puteri Baizura Zamri
Senior Manager, Employee Benefits
Puteri has over 16 years of insurance and takaful experience locally and internationally. She started her career in the banking industry and later pursue new challenges in insurance broking industry. With her experiences in local and international brokers, Puteri has proven excellent track records in handling ranging from small-to-medium enterprise local companies to big International companies under the Employee Benefits portfolios. She is now the Senior Manager heading the Employee Benefits division. Puteri graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA with Masters in Business Administration(MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration(Hons) in Marketing and also Diploma in Accountancy from the same university.
Mohd Zahar Bin Mohd Zubir
Manager, Employee Benefits
Zahar graduated from Politeknik Shah Alam with Diploma in Insurance. Zahar started his insurance career in 2009 with YPM Insurance Brokers and moved to the insurance company in 2010 for life insurance business segment. He has more than 10 years of experience in Life and group insurance programs.
Prior to joining Anika Insurance Brokers, Zahar was a broking manager at one of the insurance brokers in town. He was responsible for building client relationships while understanding their needs and objectives in providing benefits to their employees.
In Anika, Zahar is responsible for managing corporate existing accounts and expanding the new business for employee benefits programs. His portfolio includes both local and international segments.
Rona Chin
Senior Manager, Kota Kinabalu
Ms Chin has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the insurance broking industry and has attended several insurance and management courses.
Prior to her appointment in AIB, Ms Chin was an Assistant Manager with a well known insurance broker in Kota Kinabalu handing major corporate clients and involving in the development of new business.
Ms Chin is now the Senior Manager of Anika Kota Kinabalu Branch.
Kristin Lee Wai Pheng
Manager, Ipoh
Ms Kristin Lee joined Anika Ipoh branch in 1997 and is an experienced insurance broker, progressing and gaining in-depth knowledge in risk management throughout her career and is entrusted to head the Ipoh branch since 2005.
Ms Lee is responsible for managing the branch operations and meeting the branch business brokerage target. Her team is able to advise businesses and tailor-made insurance programs to suit business requirements.
Khoo Chien Siong
Manager, Penang
CS Khoo began his career in the Insurance Industry as a loss adjuster in an international adjusting firm in 1999. He graduated with a Business in Information Technology degree from Coventry University, UK. He then went on to pursue on his Diploma in CII before returning back to Malaysia and join one of the country's premier loss adjusting firm.
Khoo was handling an impressive array of portfolios ranging from engineering, liability and to large property losses. In 2014, Khoo moved on to expand his horizons in the insurance arena when he returned to his hometown in Penang. He was working with one of the most renowned insurance broking firm in the Penang before joining Anika Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd as part of their management team.
He is currently overseeing the overall branch operations and business development aspects of the Company. With his solid background and insightful perspective of the insurance industry, Khoo has the skill set to effectively assist clients in their Insurance Program coverage to be well placed and insured.
