MS ISO 9001:2015

The Management of Anika Insurance Brokers (AIB) is proud to announce that it has received its first MS ISO 9001:2000 certification from SIRIM in 2000. Subsequently, Anika has successfully migrated to the new ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We are the first insurance brokers in Malaysia to be certified with the prestigious quality standard. The certification signifies another milestone in the company's long history. Our MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality System provides the structure to increase performance in service and value to all our clients. The certification marks our commitment to provide total insurance solution and excellent services of the highest quality and directly address the needs and demands of our clients.
