Mr. Bobby Tan Hock Bee has served as Advisor to the Board of Directors at Anika since August 2020, providing strategic guidance on Insurance and Operational matters to the Anika Management Group.

With over two decades of industry experience, Mr. Bobby Tan brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate broking and business operations. He previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer for 12 years, where he led the Corporate Broking Division and played a key role in driving the company’s growth, profitability, and overall operational management.

Earlier in his career, he dedicated more than nine years to overseeing the operations of Anika’s Penang and Ipoh branches, where he was instrumental in maintaining service excellence and strengthening regional performance.

Mr. Bobby Tan’s extensive leadership experience and deep industry insight continue to add significant value to the company’s strategic direction and decision-making processes.
